Report

The project stands out for its versatility, for the use of Expo 2008 concept, for its uniqueness of design versus a conventional business park, and for its commitment to the environment and sustainable development. One of the goals has been to transform the roofs into a useful and pleasing space for the user, overlooking the river Ebro. The project takes advantage of some of the pre-existing elements, such as the structural skeleton. The combination of volumes, with overhangs and sinuous contours, keeps the function and its essence, while projecting color and dynamism to the outside with a set of vertical louvers of different colors, depending on the group of buildings.

The treatment of the facades has been made according to their orientation, with an overhang protection to the South and less overhang to the North for the light capture. In the East and West facades mobile vertical louvers ensure good protection against sunlight. Works were completed in Ronda & Actur & Ebro 1 Buildings.
